We go directly to farm estates in emerging and overlooked origins. We physically visit, cup on site, and select only lots graded 87 or above by the SCA. Then we manage the full logistics chain — crop to roastery door.

We don't operate like a broker with a price list. Every relationship starts with a real conversation, every shipment starts at the farm. Here's how it works.

The honest conversation

Tell us your roasting focus, your target profiles, your volume. We don't pitch product until we understand what you actually need.

2 Step 02
Origin sourcing trip

We travel to the farm. We cup on site. We evaluate lot separation, processing, and crop quality. We reject anything below 82 SCA — full stop. Our specialty is finding the estates that consistently push beyond 87.

3 Step 03
Pre-shipment sample

You cup before you commit. Every time. No surprises in the bag when it arrives.

4 Step 04
Full logistics chain

Phytosanitary clearance, export documentation, international freight, onshore customs. We manage everything. You receive green beans.

5 Step 05
Arrival recheck

We recheck the lot on arrival in Australia. If something shifted in transit, that's our problem to solve — not yours.

6 Step 06
Ongoing relationship

If the origin and estate work for you, we build supply to match your seasons and volume. This isn't a one-lot transaction.

  • Rejected under 82 — consistently sourced above 87

    We reject any lot that scores below 82 SCA. But that's not the point — it's the baseline. Our actual work is in finding and staying with estates that reliably produce above 87. That's a different conversation entirely.

  • Physical farm verification

    Every estate we source from, we have visited in person. We know the growers. We have seen the processing. We have cupped at origin.

  • Pre-shipment sample approval

    You receive and cup a sample before the container ships. Your sign-off, not ours. You are not locked into anything you haven't tasted.

  • Arrival recheck in Australia

    Every shipment is rechecked on arrival. If the bean has shifted in transit, we deal with it. That accountability sits with us.

  • Zero commodity blending

    We source distinct lots from specific estates. The origin story on your bag is accurate — because we were there when the coffee was picked.

87+ Consistently Sourced — Reject Under 82
The SCA scores green coffee on a 100-point scale. 80+ is considered specialty. We reject under 82 — but 82 isn't our goal. We seek out estates that consistently score above 87 and build long-term relationships with the people growing it.

Grower fairness

The estates we work with are paid properly. Sourcing directly from farmers means no margin compression from brokers. Fair price at origin is non-negotiable.

Full transparency

You get the origin, the estate, the processing method, the SCA score, the harvest date. Not a vague description. The full picture, every time.

Long-term thinking

We're building supply chains, not shifting inventory. If an estate is right for your roastery, we invest in that relationship for the long term.
